Most Wanted

I have been trying to trace my gggg grandfather, Nicholas Jacob Masters for several years and have made some progress. But his whereabouts at different times remains a mystery. I have found him in North Carolina and the Cape Girardeau area of MIssouri but before he arrived in North Carolina, I don't know where he lived. Not sure of when he arrived in North Carolina. And I am not even sure of the names of all his children- he was married twice. So anyway, my search continues.......

I was lucky enough to get a photo album from my maternal grandmother, Hilda Caroline Phillipps Masters but unlucky since there were many photos not labeled who they were. I am posting these in the slim-to-none-chance that someone might recognize their ancestor among this group........
